A place to start. Wondering where to begin without being overwhelmed, this is the place to learn how to set your base, build your foundation, and proper asana (pose) alignment.  Stretch and strengthen your body. Connect to your breath while feeling the pose. (there is a difference between doing an exercise and feeling your yoga pose). Finding Balance between working and resting. The mat meets you where you are. If not today, then when?
