Begin the day with intention and focus. This class will incorporate balance, strength and stretching. Think Sun Salutations, Warrior I, II and III, plank, side plank, standing splits and even flipping the dog.   This is a working class, but accessible for all levels using modifications as desired. It is a fun, upbeat environment, where you are encouraged to grow your practice. There will be plenty of time for the well-earned savasana.
