Joint mobility training, using body weight, chairs, dumbbell and resistance bands.
This practice is designed to establish healthy motor patterns, build core stability, mobility and connective tissue resilience. We will begin with a body-weight mobility sequence, resistance training, active isolated stretching and end with a full body stretch. This class is designed for all levels of fitness, beginning to expert. Sequences are designed to begin where you are and build up according to your current fitness level. You will be encouraged to listen to your body and modify or build up movement accordingly. You will leave feeling refreshed, energized, and accomplished.
