Mindful Movement Slow Flow Yoga-
The Rhythm without the Rush
A low-impact class for those seeking healing, working through stress, grief, and/or seeking a mind-body connection through movement, mindfulness, and breath.
The muscles and joints gradually warm up and more time is spent on alignment in each pose, while improving mindfulness, breathwork, flexibility, balance, and strength in a less intensive manner.
