Yoga pulse

This is a full body, low impact practice, focusing on form, strengthening muscles and building stamina through joint mobility training, using body weight, chairs, dumbbells and resistance bands. This practice is designed to establish healthy motor patterns, build core stability, mobility, and connective tissue resilience.

This class is open to all levels, you are encouraged to listen to your body and modify as needed.
