Sonia Kaur

Sonia Kaur

I’m Sonia, and if I learned to dance, truly anyone can. My Latin dance journey started because I just wanted to learn Spanish — and it ended up becoming one of the most meaningful parts of my life.

After dancing in different places and meeting amazing communities abroad, I was reminded of how powerful it is when people connect through music and movement. That feeling of belonging is something I want to share right here in Chattanooga.

I’m so excited to continue growing the Latin dance community and help others discover how beautiful this journey can be. Come dance with me and start your own story!
