Yoga for Everybody
This slower to moderate paced yoga class will focus on breath, increased flexibility,
and strength. The primary intention of the class is to consciously connect the
movement of the breath with the movement of the body. This flowing practice will
lead you through a series of balanced postures, allowing space to explore your
practice while finding a deep sense of inner calmness.
This class will support the new beginner as well as the advanced practitioner. All
levels, all abilities, and all bodies are welcome.
