Class held INSIDE in case of rain or if temperature is below 40 degrees.
Qi Gong is a centuries-old system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health and spirituality. It is a practice to cultivate and balance qi (pronounced approximately as "chi"), translated as "life energy”. Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. Barbara Marin has been practicing for 17 years using Radiant Heart QiGong developed by Teja Bell. Weather permitting we will practice outdoors in bare feet to maximize our connection to Earth energy.
Barbara Marin
Barbara Marin has been practicing Radiant Heart Qi Gong since 2004. Radiant Heart Qi Gong was developed by Teja Bell and is a gentle but powerful energy practice. Barbara has also been a proponent of earthing or grounding as a way to connect to earth energy. Just spend sometime outside barefoot to see the effects. Barbara is an enthusiastic volunteer at Springbrook park and loves to travel with husband Cy.
