Join the TYCO community for an hour of mindfulness meditation. In these offerings we will explore mindfulness practices and the cultivation of presence, which are known to calm our minds and provide support during stressful times. Our hour together will include: 5-10 min introduction and check in among participants, 10-15 minute talk regarding the week's topic, 15-20 minutes of guided and silent meditation, and discussion and Q/A. All are welcome.
