Relaxing, Restorative and Rehabilitating. When the deeper tensions in the spine are tight the body is weaker and limited to movement.  Props are used for support and precise alignment instruction geared to release deep spinal tension. This allows for a stronger body, quieter mind and more mental and physical stamina.
