Svaroopa Yoga 
Svaroopa Yoga ™ is a restorative style of yoga that is relaxing, strengthening, and rejuvinating with the use of alignment and supportive props (blankets, pillows, blocks, etc). Class begins with a guided awareness and breathing practice. A series of poses that sequence the spine help release tensions in the mind and body. Svaroopa Yoga is great for students suffering from arthritis, muscle tension, and anxiety. No prior experience necessary. All levels are welcome.
