Marilyn teaches various ways to recognize and deepen the understanding of the relationship the body has to the Universe and our connection to Mother Earth by using various techniques designed to access the deeper intrinsic muscles that are the basis for using the bones for support and the muscles for flexibility.

This class will include an approach to her understanding of gravity's effects on the mind & body using gentle yoga stretches for awareness and release, chair yoga, release through breath, assisted stretching and use of props and the wall.
