Fitness does not need to be something you HAVE to do, but rather something you WANT to do.
For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just exercising. It’s about eating healthy, stretching, mindfulness and getting necessary rest and enough sleep. I love teaching others, see and experience how their bodies can move. I’m very passionate about helping participants find happiness in life and feel good about themselves.
I am AFLCA certified Group Fitness Instructor, and also hold Zumba, Aquacize and Older Adults certifications, and been teaching for more than 7 years. I am the proud mom of three boys and my teaching passion also goes to our Calgary classrooms as an Education Assistant.
Through positive thoughts come positive changes both mentally and physically, all you have to do is take that first step on the journey to your new life. We only get one body, so let’s keep it moving!
