Stay Strong, Stay Active is a safe, fun, and effective fitness class designed specifically for older adults who want to maintain their independence, confidence, and quality of life.

Strength training to support everyday movements
Cardiovascular exercise to improve heart health and endurance

Fall prevention strategies through functional and controlled movements
