Join me for this dance and cardio Class. The class I am offering you is an hybrid of dance choreography and cardio exercises set to music, creating a heart-pumping workout to keep your body in constant motion. It's the type of exercise that feels more like a party than anything else.
As you know I am certified to teach Zumba Gold, Zumba, Bollywood and much more. I will offer you options for you to easily follow and have fun with me :)
