Zen sound bath meditation is therapeutic and meditative experience whereby you “bathe” in the sounds and vibrations produced by different instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drum, koshi chimes and crystal harp. Through these sounds and vibrations your mind enters a meditative and relaxed state. This brings about relaxing at mental, emotional, and physical level.

We would love to see you and celebrate with you HARVEST FULL MOON which falls in the fiery sign of Aeries. Harvest Full Moon is the closest to Autumn Equinox, providing extra moonlight for for gathering the season's final harvest. It is time to to reflect on how far you have come, celebrate your accomplishments and prepare for the next season's growth.

Aries encourage confidence, independence and decisive action whilst the Sun in Libra reminds us to balance our actions with compassion, fairness and intention.

To support you in this equinox transition, we are having a little gift for you - MOONSTONE known as well as TRAVELER'S STONE. This crystal is closely connected to Moon, feminine energy, dreams and emotions, it encourages growth and navigates uncertainty. We will bath the crystals in vibrations of sound and later in moon light for extra power.

And as Yelena often does, she will surprise us with new beautiful powerful instrument.
