IF you work out hard, you have to actively recover and this is a fun group way to do it. We start with TRX assisted stretches, we moblise all the major joints through their full range of motion. We have props like bands, foam rollers and small balls to assist. The aim is to keep moving with strength, good alignment and form and protect from injury.
