FREE ONLINE Workshop: Why The Exercises and Stretches You Are Doing For Your Back & Neck Are Making It Worse & What To Do Instead
Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in as we will be demonstrating exercises that help with back and neck pain. Please note that if you are joining us online, you will need a MELT roller or a foam roller (a rolled-up blanket will work if you do not have either) and a MELT ball (if you do not have a MELT ball, you can use a racquetball, tennis ball, or a lacrosse ball).
