This class addresses the proper strength and mobility that is crucial to maintain joint health and prevent common aches and pains in the neck, back, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles/feet. Designed by Doctor of Physical Therapy Nicole Anderson, and implemented by our expert instructors, you will learn exercises in this class you have never seen before because they were invented by our team.  

The unique exercises in the class create efficiency in the way your body moves, and many people discover relief from aches and pains after taking just one class. Proper exercise, done the right way can be extremely healing, and our expert instructors and small class sizes create the perfect environment for this to take place.  

Feedback we get from people is that their golf game improves, they enjoy surfing more because they catch and stay on more waves, and their soccer, tennis, and volleyball performance is noticeably better, just to name a few examples. Runners also notice performance improvements and less aches and pains.
