A well-rounded class that is designed to be both educational and exploratory. This class will smoothly flow through a sequence of postures (asana), creating mindful movement and inviting the opportunity to explore. Postures are generally held for a few breaths and the transitions between poses are a little slower, to allow for detailed breakdowns and explanations of the accompanying movement.
With regular practice you may notice increased joint mobility, improved concentration, reduced stress levels and enhanced flexibility. This slow flow will provide the opportunity to build muscle strength and calm the mind, improving overall health.
