Introducing  a series of meditation workshops led by Melissa Bishop, a Reiki Practitioner.  There is no prerequisite or experience needed just come with an open mind. Some of the benefits to incorporating Meditation into your life are:  ability to manage stress, greater emotional health, enhanced self-awareness, and decreased anxiety.  Overall, regular meditation can support you as you try to handle your life more effectively.  

During our first workshop we will explore meditation techniques, the importance of meditation, where to meditate and tools to assist you in the process of creating your own meditation practice followed with a guided meditation.  
This is an interactive workshop please bring a notebook, mat and wear comfortable clothing.  



NOTE: This class will be Donation based for a scholarship fund.
