This hot new 30 minute class is a challenging mix of intense, dynamic core-stabilizing exercises and cardiovascular endurance to get the blood flowing and heart rate elevated. Bonus tone and sculpt your core!  All levels welcome! Different equipment will be used each class including ropes, balls and bells!
