This class will use foam rollers that will be targeting muscle tension, and knots throughout the body, aiming to improve flexibility mobility and recovery by applying pressure to specific muscle groups with controlled rolling movements, combined with gentle stretching. Finishing with an essential oil cloth for restoring and relaxing.
