This new class is designed to mentally and physically challenge and strengthen you.  Every week we will do 10-12 functional movements that you will track to increase reps or weight each class. Strength training is crucial to prevent disease,: decrease fat; enhance mood; reduce injury and protect our bones and joints as we age. Class will end with a 10 minute guided meditation and essential oil towel.
