This 45-60 minute class is focused on the fundamental principles of alignment and breathwork where students will be introduced to yoga postures through verbal description, demonstration and hands-on assist.  It incorporates stretch and simple flowing sequences, as well as slower paced movements to improve alignment, strength, balance and flexibility.  Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation/meditation. This class is appropriate for any age, shape or size and no experience or flexibility is required.
