CLASS FULL - WAITLIST AVAILABLE
A class aimed at participants who have been attending Pilates classes for a length of time and are increasing their practise to build stamina and strength through Pilates. 
Participants must have built up their repertoire at Beginners/Improvers levels before attending Intermediate classes.
Class often uses small equipment such as soft balls, resistance bands & magic circles.
