Pilates - Intermediate

A class aimed at participants who have been attending Pilates classes for a length of time and are increasing their practise to build stamina and strength through Pilates.
Participants must have built up their repertoire at Beginners level before attending Intermediate classes.
Class often uses small equipment such as soft balls, resistance bands & magic circles.
