A workout that helps to boost your metabolism & burning off fat more efficiently. It is an effective Full Body Workout that targets the core & abs too.
It will help to increase stamina, tone and all-over body strength through bodyweight & resistance exercises, as well as improving your technique.
We will sometimes use small weights (water bottles), resistance bands & booty (loop) bands in a session.
The class is moving back to a Face-to-Face setting from September '22.
