Ready to rise up from the ground, but not go too high? This class is for you.
As a Sling/Hammock aerialist with some experience, this class will help you to further develop your 'aerial muscles', and to understand the relationship between your body and the fabric. We will continue to review and then build upon basic hangs, skills, poses and drops, and will focus on developing your upper body, lower body, core and grip strength. Students will continue to combine moves to create more complex choreographed pieces. This class is an adult level class.
