Julie is running a MONTHLY 2.5 hour workshop via ZOOM AND THE STUDIO. 

SATURDAYS 9.30-12PM

This class is available for Level 2 and above students and teacher trainees. Students must be practicing headstand and shoulderstand regularly and be practicing some backbends as part of their home yoga practice. Register for this class on Punchpass.
