Pranayama is the practice of controlling the breath. It is the fourth limb of the eight disciplines of yoga. It consists of techniques designed to gain mastery over the respiratory process while watching the connection between the breath, the body and the mind. Through the process of regulating the breath, the mind is quietened. Pranayama requires a subtle approach based on self-observation. You will learn preparatory postures and practise basic Pranayama techniques.
Payment for these sessions is via your club yoga membership, or 5, 10, or 20 class pass or casual class.
