The first three classes will be on Friday 26th July 2024, then the 30th August and the 27th September 2024.

The monthly restorative/pranayama class will focus on supporting you so that you can learn to relax and let go of tension in your body and your mind. With regular practice, restorative yoga can be a powerful tool for reducing stress. This quieter practice can guide us from the external distractions of daily life to the internal focus of breath awareness. The class will also include some gentle practice of pranayama.
