Our 60+ class is especially especially suitable for people over sixty. It includes  a more gentle yoga class for seniors, or anyone. The classes are excellent for those, of any age, who are starting or re-starting classes. 

Anyone who is not yet 60 are welcome to join this 60 class+

As a non-beginner class, this class has a range of students who have been doing classes for years, many of whom have an impressive range of skills.
