Flip your perspective and go upside down! Each class will focus on at least three tricks, with different
entries and exits to increase students’ movement vocabulary. Class is designed with limited ceiling
heights in mind, so all moves will be done from one invert or climb from the floor. Tricks will be taught
with an understanding that many students will not have crash mats or spotters, so moves will incorporate numerous contact points with ‘training wheel’ variations provided.
Level: Intermediate-Advanced
Pre-requisites: Comfort with inverts (grounded and aerially), inside leg hang, outside leg hang, hip holds
