Students will learn how to add grip changes, leg and arm variations, torso twists and other movement
modifications to turn simple moves into more interesting ones! Each class will focus on at least 3 tricks, with different entries and exits. Class is designed with limited ceiling height in mind, so all moves will be done from one invert or climb from the floor.
Level: Intermediate-Advanced
Pre-requisites: Comfort with inverts (grounded and aerially), inside leg hang, outside leg hang, hip holds
