This class includes strength, stability, and balance training using weights, bands and body weight. It is a hybrid model, where in-person participants will move through exercise stations in our Shelburne Clinic, while others have the option to Zoom In from their homes. Each class will also be recorded to give participants the opportunity to perform the routine on their own between sessions.
