Nia® is a mindful fitness class for health and wellbeing, it provides cardiovascular, conditioning, balance and coordination benefits. Nia combines steps, stances and dance moves with soulful music, creating an inspiring synergy of well-being. Your body will love it! Barefoot, non-impact and adaptable for all bodies. Arrive early if this is your first class.

NOTE: This class uses online ZOOM video conferencing. Once you register you'll receive an e-mail confirmation with a ZOOM link and meeting ID. I'll be there 10  minutes prior and post class so that we can connect as a community.
