This class will focus on meditation, deep breathing, and stress relief techniques. 

Instructor, Yogi Prem James (Jim) Jones, is a veteran Teacher/Yoga Alliance Certified graduate of Integral Yoga Academy/Satchidananda Ashram.

Join Jim to learn stress relieving and spirit-lifting techniques in a gentle and relaxing multi-level session while exploring breathing techniques you may or may not have experienced before. 

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to enhance and deepen your yoga practice or simply to launch into a meaningful, proven, stress relieving experience.

All levels welcome. You will need a comfy and quiet place to lie down or sit within your home/office. Make sure you have available any items you may need to keep your comfortable for the entire length of the class.
