This class will be a blend of a lighter form of Hatha Yoga with relaxation and deep breathing techniques included within the class.

Join us to learn stress relieving and spirit-lifting techniques in a gentle and relaxing multi-level session while exploring breathing techniques you may or may not have experienced before.

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to enhance and deepen your yoga practice or simply to launch into a meaningful, proven, stress relieving experience.

All levels welcome. You will need a yoga mat and a comfy and quiet place to practice within your home/office. Make sure you have available any items you may need to keep your comfortable for the entire length of the class.
