Feel the need to RELAX? Does your body feel “TIGHT”? Do you wish you could feel more MOBILE? This class enables deep relaxation because you are holding, resting poses for longer periods of time, with the help of props to completely support you. The main focus is to relax in poses, with the aid of props, without strain or pain, so that we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

Is it good for beginners? Yes, it is wonderful for both beginners and more seasoned yogis. Everyone benefits when they add low-impact, low-intensity movements into their fitness routine.

*Please bring your own pillows (2-3), blankets (1-3), and if you have a body pillow, bring it as well, to use to support yourself in the different resting poses. You will still use a yoga mat and blocks so bring these as well if you have them. We do have mats and blocks to use during class if you need them.
