Barre Pilates is a workout inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and traditional mat Pilates and will help build strength, endurance, agility, and flexibility. It is a low-impact, moderate to high intensity full body workout using just your body and the barre, and sometimes you will use small weights, a ball, and/or resistance bands to add intensity to your class. All levels welcome.
