Crunched for time? Still want a full body workout? Then this is the class for you! We will start with a warm-up and some heart rate increasing, cardio movements for the first 15 minutes. We will then work on muscular strength and endurance for the middle 15 minutes and then we will follow that up with core work, cool-down, and stretching for the final 15 minutes. All levels welcome.
