60 minutes

This hybrid muscle building, core conditioning, and stretching class will utilize TRX straps, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises to define arms, chest, back, legs, and glutes. This class will finish with exercises for your core. Class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Also, we recommend bringing your own exercise or yoga mat (we have some for use as well), a towel, and water.
