Hatha yoga classes offer traditional yoga poses such as Sun Salutations and poses of the Warrior series. Instructors will verbally guide practitioners in an evolving series of poses. The practice will begin with calming the mind and focusing our breathing. The body will be opened and strengthened at a steady pace to prepare for the pinnacle posture. Attention will be given to alignment, balance, flexibility, and strength. Hatha yoga classes are perfect for beginner and experienced yogis alike.
