Beginner Pilates is a lower intensity version of our Barre, Mat, and Fusion Pilates classes. Instructor will guide each participant into the new exercises and explain in more detail how to perform them and what you should be feeling with each exercise. 

Pilates is a class that will seamlessly transition from one move to the next to strengthen and lengthen your body's "Powerhouse", aka your core muscles (abdominals, lower back, pelvic floor, etc.), while also providing a benefit for the muscles of the rest of your body. Instructor will mix traditional Mat Pilates with some Barre Pilates to give students the best of both worlds!
