Pilates Flex & Stretch is a class similar to Pilates Fusion in that will seamlessly transition from one move to the next to strengthen and lengthen your body's "Powerhouse", aka your core muscles (abdominals, lower back, pelvic floor, etc.), while also providing a benefit for the muscles of the rest of your body. For this format, the instructor will focus on gentle movement, flexibility, mobility, and stability.
