This class will offer more energizing stretches at the beginning of class and wrap up with more restful stretches by the end.  We'll meet with the focus of caring more deeply for ourselves in mind, body, and spirit.  Classes may include meditation and/or breath work to aid in this pursuit.

All levels of experience, strength, and mobility are invited to attend!  Options are joyfully shared to allow the practice to fit your body, not the other way around! The use of props is highly encouraged but not required. Defy Gravity will provide yoga mats, yoga blocks, bolsters, and yoga straps or feel free to bring your own.
