Silks 2 (Drop-in)

Prerequisite: Solid understanding of Silks 1 tricks and techniques. This class requires a silks evaluation and instructor approval. If coming from another studio, please email [email protected] to discuss appropriate levels.

This class will push students harder physically on Silks with heavier conditioning and more complex tricks. Build on your Level 1 skills to create new sequences and shapes in the air.
