It's the perfect time to join and commit to a weekly series for people who'd like to learn how to improve their posture, core strength and tone. Very suitable for those with neck or back pain. This term we will also be focusing on building core strength and stability. These classes take place in-person in a our bright, airy, welcoming space. We begin on 8th April and run to 27th May.
