Vinyasa:  An active movement practice incorporating sun salutations and ujjayi (victorious) breathing, linking continuous movement with breath.  This class will build heat, sweat, muscular strength and tone.  Enjoy the rhythm!

All of our classes contain a 15-minute meditation period.
